a little wedding is a big moment for the couple getting married
I love it when clients book me to photograph an intimate wedding, and it is a privilege to be able to capture special memories for them. Some of my favourite weddings have been a couple of hours with just a few guests, or even only the couple getting married themselves, I have even been honoured to be asked to act as a witness as well as their photographer.
City centres are perfect for small weddings and are often the default because, well, that's where the registry office is! They are full of angles, unusual perspectives, intimate corners, and life itself - perfect for portraits and natural moments.

You can even have a small wedding in a castle! One of my favourite registry offices is in the heart of a medieval castle in Norwich, complete with drawbridge, moat, battlements, and a lovely urban garden.
Or, if you can't do it all on the day, why not get dressed up again and head somewhere stunning - just you and the photographer with no time pressures and totally relaxed! Imagine yourselves walking on the beach at sunset, scrambling over rocks in a forest, recreating your favourite album cover, or anywhere else your imagination may take you.
