Amy and Scott are one of those perfect couples that are meant to be together, something that was obvious when I first met them for a pre-wedding shoot at Surprise View in the Peak District. Their wedding can be summed up in three words - fun, romantic, and family. Fun was injected in barrel loads by the groomsmen, the romance was made by Scott and Amy and accentuated by Amy's stunning Essense of Australia dress, and they were surrounded by family from as far away as Australia. Ringwood Hall is always a wonderful place to shoot weddings at, and this one was no exception despite the added challenge of night falling a bit too early - but challenges are opportunities and I think the night time portraits of Scott and Amy have a beautiful painterly look about them. A perfect day was finished beautifully with a sparkler serenade under the big old oak tree. My daughter is the perfect in-house photoshoot model, and always gets put in front of the camera when trying out new studio gear.
